Old-fashioned motel built in the 80s and hasn't changed a bit: perfect! Good-sized rooms, clean and tidy, with a pool and spa. Friendly staff and well located. What more could you want?

Probably worst thing on my visits, it's due for refurbish and repairs. With running toilet, was hard to get to sleep and had to turn it off at the tap when not used. Sometimes a fridge issue or lighting. Cleanliness good. Lovely delicious food and service at the bar & grill. Also not a fan of after hours offsite random call centre service that are not aware of site specific things such as restaurant opening times/days. With limited motels in muswellbrook always booked, this is one of the better motels, trust me!

So we are locals of Muswellbrook and we’re just looking for a night out for dinner, we were blown away by the hospitality friendly staff and absolutely amazing food at the ox bar and Grill that they have to offer with this motel. We haven’t stayed at the motel due to the fact that we live in Muswellbrook but the food at this place you do not have to be staying there to enjoy, you can just be a local who decides to go down and have a nice feed , reasonable priced and some of the best food that I’ve had in Muswellbrook, my family and I highly recommend this friendly nice restaurant

When we arrived, we were welcomed with a smile.I was assisted in supporting Mum and a few items for the night to the room.Restaurant had just closed, low and behold the motel is right next door to Maccas, lolWould definitely stay again, for longer.
